1. Royal Horticultural Society
The RHS organise The Chelsea Flower Show, Hampton Court Palace Flower Show, the London Flower Shows as well as many other shows around the UK.
The RHS also has four gardens of which Wisley is the most well known.
They also have a terrific website full of advice and the amazing Lindley Library in London.
2. Garden Museum
A museum devoted to gardens and garden history.
Please have a look at the post I did back in April about the Garden Museum.
It is a very interesting place to visit.
3. European Boxwood and Topiary Society
The EBTS is my favorite society!
A small but very active society and it is all about boxwood and topiary.
They organise garden visits and a yearly trip to a European country.
Their journal Topiarius is full of interesting articles about topiary.
4. National Garden Scheme
The NGS is a charity which raises money by opening gardens to the public.
3,500 gardens are open every year all over the UK. In London alone there are over 240 open gardens.
5. Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew Gardens
World famous botanic garden.
Kew is a wonderful place to go any time of the year.
Kew is celebrating it's 250th year this year.
