PHOTOHUNT - TILL MINNE - IN MEMORY

Veckans tema är 'In Memory'
Här hittar du fler deltagare i 'PhotoHunt'.

In Memory of my father.

It is his old secateurs and his old book about pruning trees and shrubs published in 1954 in Sweden.

Each Saturday a photograph on a different theme is posted.
The theme for this week is 'In Memory'
You can find more participants in 'PhotoHunt' here.

What a lovely shot and a lovely memorial. We can leave much to others in our gardens.

What a wonderful tribute to your father. Happy weekend

My father had similar pruning shears and some other somewhat ominous garden tools, similar to your father's.

Isn't interesting how old objects trigger our memories.

Sometimes one item carries so much meaning and reminds us of a loved one. This is an interesting photograph because of the angle the shot was taken from and the meaning behind the tool.

this is such a dramatic shot. although my dad doesn't garden, it made me think of what would remind me of him.
