Inspiration

It is the month of March and that should mean the beginning of some warmer days and more light.
With a collection of inspirational plants & flowers, pots, ribbons, string, raffia, tape, fabrics, some vintage stuff and I am ready to play.
With camera in hand, the right light and I have all I need.

Inspiration is all around you.
Apart from plants I also get a lot of my inspiration from books, magazines and of course from the many blogs that I read on a regular basis.

Where do you get your inspiration from?

Have a wonderful week!
Ingrid xx

  6. You inspire me, can I move to your house and play with all your ribbons...you have lovely things.
Here is still so much snow and I'm fed up with that but thank god I have 700 photos from Spain to inspire me (if I just could have an assistant who would edit all 700 picks).
    Kram:)

  7. Hi Ingrid,

I so adore pansies, you actually chose my favorite color! You must have had me in mind! :) What beautiful pictures you create. Where do I get my inspiration from? Besides family and growing herbs, it would have to be your photography. There is something very unique about your style. I always come back your blog.

    Happy March!

  8. Once again, your color combinations are splendid. The green and sort of golden brown really bring out the purples and pinks.

Inspiration is all around us, isn't it. Nature is always most generous, and other sources could be anywhere. Colors and designs on posters, scarves, socks, magazine covers arranged at newsstands, hair clips, earrings, bakery displays, flea market arrays, neon signs, candy wrappers...any sorts of food packaging, brick/stone walkways or walls.

Obviously, this is just the tip of the inspiration iceberg.

  14. Hej!
Jag får inspiration från så mycket, från mina drömmar - ibland vaknar jag med färdiga bilder i huvudet...och så klart från en massa bloggar och tidningar och filmer och musik...

    Ha en skön helg

  16. I'm new to your blog and I must say that I really love your style of photography and I admire the work with flowers and garden. My answer to your question in this post is very similar to your. I mainly get inspiraton from other photographers on web by reading their blogs and watching photo sharing servers such as flickr.
