Sweet Peppers


Oh, how I love colour!!

And they were just staring at me from the vegetable draw in the fridge.
How could I resist?
Sweet pointed peppers.
Described on the wrapper as "sweet and crunchy".
Well, now lets not forget the colours!
They don't mention those amazing colours on the package.
But what they do give you is a little recipe.

Try....

..cutting into strips,
season with course sea salt,
drizzle with oil
and add some freshly crushed garlic
and grill until slightly charred.

    The colors are so vibrant. It reminds me of the festive colors one finds while in Mexico.

    Maybe the color of their food inspires them in all aspects of life.

    Yes, that vibrant blue does beautifully accent all three colors of the sweet pepppers!

    I always use one of those varieties in my pasta assemblies. They taste wonderful and add their welcome color to whatever else might be in the mix.
